Fernando and I went to the Boat Show this past weekend here in Miami and bumped into some of our friends at their empanada booth. It's awesome for them a family from Bolivia came here, started a small Saltena business (Bolivian Empanada's) and are really starting to grow their business and get their product out there it was nice to see.
