Some weekend cooking. I really enjoy watching the show on Food Network Barefoot Contessa and recently she did some french bistro meals so I tried them out. I must say the Profiteroles were a challenge at first but a challenge I was not about to surrender to so after dumping the first batch I tried making them again and they came out AWESOME!
