Atlanta Restaurants: Canoe

I wrote about Canoe a while ago when we all gathered there in March for my birthday. Well Fer and I finally made it back there this past Sunday to enjoy their delicious Brunch that they are so famous for and boy was it good. We started off with Sticky Buns with Georgia Pecans and coffee then of course had an order of the salmon with potato pancakes - for me that would be a enough and I would walk out of there completely content but we also had a main entree that day. I had pancakes and Fer had scrambled eggs with baby Maine shrimp; both meals were quite yummy.

After brunch we had a chance to walk around the beautiful gardens outside it was such a nice outing.

Puerto Madero (Miami, FL)

One of my favorite places to visit when we lived in Miami and now when we go back to "vacation" is a deli/bakery/restaurant called Puerto Madero, named after the Puerto Madero area in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This place and the food they serve is awesome.

We went for brunch during our last visit and as usual it did NOT disappoint, everything is so tasty. Take a look at all the desserts they have to offer.

Hmmm Cafe con Leche...

Besides delicious baked goods you can also find great cuts of meat and sausage as well as Argentine condiments.

Have the orange juice if you ever go, it's freshly squeezed.

Sandwich Miga. YUM

Tostada... yummooo.
If you are ever in the South Miami area of Florida I highly recommend checking out Puerto Madero, I'm pretty sure you'll love it.

Here's the address:
